L’\u00e9laboration du plan du corps est un processus complexe qui implique l’organisation spatiale et le modelage des diff\u00e9rentes couches germinales. En utilisant des gastrulo\u00efdes (agr\u00e9gats 3D de cellules souches embryonnaires de souris), nous \u00e9tudions \u00e0 une r\u00e9solution cellulaire la sp\u00e9cification de l’endoderme. Nous avons tout d’abord montr\u00e9 que contrairement au m\u00e9soderme, l’endoderme naissant ne subit pas de transition \u00e9pith\u00e9lio-m\u00e9senchymateuse. Puis, nous avons apport\u00e9 la preuve d’un r\u00f4le du flux tissulaire, et de l’h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9 de la tension de la jonction cellulaire, dans le tri et la diff\u00e9renciation des \u00eelots de cellules de l’endoderme.<\/p>\n
