Pour cela, Antoine Barri\u00e8re et Amel Toudji-Zouaz de l\u2019\u00e9quipe Bertrand ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une nouvelle m\u00e9thode utilisant une prot\u00e9ine Argonaute NRDE-3 tagu\u00e9e avec une prot\u00e9ine fluorescente. Apr\u00e8s programmation \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019ARN double brin ciblant un g\u00e8ne d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat, cette prot\u00e9ine marque les ARNm naissants au site de transcription et les ARNm cytoplasmiques. Chez&nbsp;<i>C. elegans<\/i>, les ARN double brin peuvent \u00eatre simplement introduits en nourissant les animaux.
