L&#8217;identit\u00e9 et les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s des neurones que ces cellules souches produisent d\u00e9pendent de leur position relative dans la paroi ventriculaire.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 la recherche des d\u00e9terminants et des voies mol\u00e9culaires qui contr\u00f4lent cette r\u00e9gionalisation des cellules souches, Nathalie Cor\u00e9 a d\u00e9couvert que le facteur de transcription Vax1 contr\u00f4le la production de deux sous-types de neurones sp\u00e9cifiques. Premi\u00e8rement, il est directement n\u00e9cessaire de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des interneurones exprimant la Calbindine (CB+), qui sont produits \u00e0 partir des cellules souches ventrales.
