{"id":22169,"date":"2025-10-16T14:30:40","date_gmt":"2025-10-16T12:30:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.wp-ibdm.nicolasg.fr\/interneurones-cholinergiques-striataux-et-autisme\/"},"modified":"2025-10-16T14:41:00","modified_gmt":"2025-10-16T12:41:00","slug":"interneurones-cholinergiques-striataux-et-autisme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/staging.wp-ibdm.nicolasg.fr\/fr\/interneurones-cholinergiques-striataux-et-autisme\/","title":{"rendered":"Interneurones cholinergiques striataux et autisme"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"22169\" class=\"elementor elementor-22169 elementor-22162\" data-elementor-post-type=\"post\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-178edf7 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"178edf7\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-642d7d9\" data-id=\"642d7d9\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bd243fd elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"bd243fd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Le striatum, une r\u00e9gion du cerveau impliqu\u00e9e dans les troubles du spectre de l\u2019autisme (TSA), pr\u00e9sente une organisation mosa\u00efque unique avec deux compartiments entrem\u00eal\u00e9s, les striosomes et la matrice, qui ont des caract\u00e9ristiques neurochimiques, une connectivit\u00e9 et des fonctions diff\u00e9rentes.<\/p><p>Nous avons pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment montr\u00e9 que les souris avec une d\u00e9l\u00e9tion conditionnelle dans les neurones cholinergiques du g\u00e8ne Tshz3 li\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;autisme pr\u00e9sentaient des comportements r\u00e9p\u00e9titifs, sympt\u00f4me central des TSA, et un dysfonctionnement des interneurones cholinergiques striataux (SCIN).<\/p><p>Nous montrons ici quela relation entre la date de naissance des SCIN et leur distribution compartimentale est alt\u00e9r\u00e9e, chez ces souris, conduisant \u00e0 un enrichissement des SCIN dans les striosomes. Les SCIN pr\u00e9coces et tardifs colonisent respectivement les striosomes et la matrice. Ce processus est alt\u00e9r\u00e9 chez les souris pr\u00e9sentant une d\u00e9l\u00e9tion conditionnelle du g\u00e8ne Tshz3 dans les neurones cholinergiques (Chat-cKO). Les SCIN tardifs colonisent alors de mani\u00e8re similaire les deux compartiments, ce qui entra\u00eene une augmentation de la proportion de SCIN dans les striosomes et un appauvrissement en SCIN dans la matrice puisque le nombre total de SCIN reste constant.  <\/p><p>(B) Les SCIN peuvent \u00eatre subdivis\u00e9s en deux sous-populations : une majorit\u00e9 (~60 %) pr\u00e9sentant une activit\u00e9 de d\u00e9charge \u00e9lev\u00e9e (SCIN \u00e0 haute activit\u00e9) et le reste pr\u00e9sentant une activit\u00e9 plus faible (SCIN \u00e0 faible activit\u00e9). Chez les souris Chat-cKO, les SCIN \u00e0 faible activit\u00e9 deviennent majoritaires et se concentrent dans les striosomes.
