Loin d\u2019\u00eatre al\u00e9atoires, ces mouvements redistribuent les cellules en fonction de leur profil d\u2019expression g\u00e9nique, guidant ainsi leur organisation spatiale sans signal externe apparent.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"902\" data-end=\"1212\">L\u2019\u00e9tude identifie l\u2019origine de ces flux dans des diff\u00e9rences de tension superficielle entre r\u00e9gions tissulaires, donnant lieu \u00e0 des \u00e9coulements comparables aux effets Marangoni observ\u00e9s en dynamique des fluides. La fusion contr\u00f4l\u00e9e de gastrulo\u00efdes distincts, ainsi que la mesure des angles de contact obtenus, ont permis de valider exp\u00e9rimentalement ces gradients de tension.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1214\" data-end=\"1627\">Ainsi, l\u2019auto-organisation embryonnaire ne repose pas uniquement sur des programmes g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques pr\u00e9d\u00e9termin\u00e9s, mais r\u00e9sulte d\u2019une interaction dynamique entre forces m\u00e9caniques et identit\u00e9 cellulaire.
