Le d\u00e9fi consiste \u00e0 int\u00e9grer des donn\u00e9es exp\u00e9rimentales \u00e0 plusieurs \u00e9chelles avec de puissantes m\u00e9thodes de mod\u00e9lisation informatique, ce qui n\u00e9cessite une expertise combin\u00e9e en biologie, en physique et en ing\u00e9nierie. Les chercheurs \u00e9tabliront une bo\u00eete \u00e0 outils m\u00e9thodologique compl\u00e8te d&#8217;approches synth\u00e9tiques ascendantes et de tests fonctionnels <em>ex vivo<\/em>.
