En combinant des approches RNA-seq sur cellules uniques, ils ont montr\u00e9 que l\u2019inactivation de deux complexes chromatiniens antagonistes (polycomb\/PRC2 et trithorax\/MLL1\/2) peut coop\u00e9rer pour induire de la plasticit\u00e9 dans la hi\u00e9rarchie cellulaire de la tumeur et une h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9 dans la population de cellules souches canc\u00e9reuses.
