De nombreuses maladies trouvent leur origine dans les processus qui se d\u00e9roulent au cours des premi\u00e8res \u00e9tapes de notre vie – lorsque nous sommes encore un embryon qui se d\u00e9veloppe dans le ventre de notre m\u00e8re. Une perturbation, g\u00e9n\u00e9tique ou environnementale, fait d\u00e9railler le cours normal du d\u00e9veloppement embryonnaire. Cela peut passer inaper\u00e7u pendant des mois ou des ann\u00e9es, mais t\u00f4t ou tard, l’alt\u00e9ration deviendra apparente, cr\u00e9ant, par exemple, des malformations cardiaques, des syndromes autistique, des troubles neuromusculaires ou des tumeurs. Les probl\u00e8mes peuvent \u00e9galement survenir plus tard dans la vie, la r\u00e9activation accidentelle de processus embryonnaires entra\u00eenant des maladies graves, notamment des cancers ou des douleurs chroniques. \u00c0 l\u2019IBDM, nous explorons l\u2019origine des maladies du d\u00e9veloppement en \u00e9tudiant le d\u00e9roulement normal du d\u00e9veloppement embryonnaire, ainsi que les perturbations g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques ou environnementales qui alt\u00e8rent les m\u00e9canismes d\u2019un d\u00e9veloppement en bonne sant\u00e9.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
